How do I pay?
By bank transfer — I send you an invoice by email with my bank details on it. For the website it's 50% upfront and 50% when the site is ready. For the monthly service, I invoice on the same day each month. No apps, no card terminals, nothing complicated.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No lock-in contracts. The monthly services run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. The website is a one-off payment — once it's built and paid for, it's yours.
Will I need to do anything technical?
Nothing at all. I handle all the technical setup, hosting and maintenance. All you need to do is review the site and give me the go-ahead. If you're on the monthly care plan, just message me any time you want something updated.
Can you connect my existing booking system?
Yes — if you already use Fresha, Square, GoCheckIn or any other booking platform, I connect it to your new website so all your bookings work exactly as they do now. Nothing changes on your end.
What about my Google reviews?
On the Online Presence and Complete Package plans, I respond to every Google review within 24 hours — positive and negative. A professional response to a negative review builds trust with potential customers and shows you care about your clients. This is one of the most effective things you can do for your online reputation.
How long until my site is live?
3 to 5 business days from when the deposit comes through. I'll send you a preview link to review before anything goes live — you'll see exactly what it looks like and can request changes before it's published.
What do you need from me to get started?
Very little. A quick 10-minute chat to confirm your services and prices, and any photos you'd like on the site. I can work with what's already on your Instagram or Google listing if you don't have photos ready. I handle everything else.
